   You choose a piece from our collections or come with your own design. Either way, we start the same — with a conversation about the space, the use, and what the piece needs to do. From there we define materials, dimensions and finishes together.
   
   
    

2. Prototyping & Validation
   For bespoke orders and larger projects, we produce a prototype before going into full production. You can approve it through high-resolution photography and video, or we ship it directly to your studio if you want to see it in person. No surprises at delivery.
   
   
    

3. Production
   Our artisans begin production once the prototype is approved. Every piece follows the same reference — the approved sample is the standard, not a suggestion. Quality control runs through every stage, not just at the end.
   
   
    

4. Delivery
   We navigate the complexities of international trade for you. Balquire manages the entire shipping process, including export documentation and customs clearance, ensuring a hassle-free journey from our workshop to your destination.
   
   
    

5. Final Delivery
   Your order arrives at the project site, coordinated with your installation schedule. Wherever the project is.
